1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays in Kuwait) from the time payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 3:00 PM (AST) will begin processing the following business day.


2. Domestic Shipping — Kuwait 🇰🇼

  • Delivery covers all 6 governorates: Al Asimah, Hawalli, Farwaniya, Ahmadi, Mubarak Al-Kabeer, and Al Jahra.
  • Deliveries are made Saturday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
  • A delivery attempt will be made up to 2 times. If unsuccessful, the order will be held at the nearest hub for 3 days before being returned.

  • All GCC shipments are handled via certified international courier partners.
  • Customs clearance may add 1–2 additional business days depending on local regulations.
  • Duties and import taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

  • International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, local import duties, and taxes.
  • These fees are not included in the order total and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • TFM Perfumes is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

5. Shipment Tracking

  • A tracking number will be sent to your email or phone number once your order has been dispatched.
  • You can track your shipment directly through our carrier's website using the provided tracking number.

6. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement only, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
  • After 24 hours, or once an order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted under any circumstances.
  • To request a cancellation within the eligible window, contact us immediately.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
  • For lost shipments, please allow the full estimated delivery window to pass before filing a claim.
  • TFM Perfumes will work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
