SHIPPING POLICY

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (KUWAIT)

  • Delivery within Kuwait: 2 to 5 business days
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location
  • Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders (check current promotions)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (GCC & WORLDWIDE)

  • We ship to GCC countries: Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, and Oman
  • International delivery: 5 to 14 business days depending on destination
  • International shipping fees are calculated at checkout
  • Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country's authorities

ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
  • Orders placed on weekends (Friday-Saturday) or Kuwait public holidays will be processed the next business day
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships

RISK OF LOSS

In accordance with Article 520 of the Kuwait Commerce Law No. 68 of 1980, risk of loss and title to products passes to the buyer upon delivery of the goods to the shipping carrier. However, if goods are lost or damaged in transit, we will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.

FORCE MAJEURE

Under Article 215 of the Kuwait Civil Code, we are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, strikes, or disruptions to transportation and communication systems.

DELIVERY ISSUES

If your package is not received within the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and provide a resolution, which may include reshipment or a full refund.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

RESTRICTED ITEMS

Certain perfume products may be subject to shipping restrictions for international orders due to local regulations on flammable liquids. If your order contains restricted items, we will notify you before shipping.
