RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

This policy is issued in accordance with the Kuwait Consumer Protection Law No. 39 of 2014 and applicable provisions of the Kuwait Civil Code No. 67 of 1980 and the Kuwait Commerce Law No. 68 of 1980.
YOUR RIGHTS UNDER KUWAIT LAW
Under the Kuwait Consumer Protection Law No. 39 of 2014, you have the right to:
- Receive products that are safe, free from defects, and fit for their intended purpose
- Return defective or non-conforming products for a full refund or replacement
- File a complaint with the Consumer Protection Department at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (Hotline: 135) if your consumer rights are violated
RETURN PERIOD
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in compliance with Kuwait consumer protection standards, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging
- The product must be in the same condition as when you received it
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
PERFUME AND COSMETICS – SPECIAL CONDITIONS
Due to hygiene and safety regulations in accordance with Kuwait health and safety standards:
- Perfumes and cosmetics that have been opened, used, or had their seal broken cannot be returned unless defective
- If the product is defective (e.g., wrong scent, damaged bottle, expired product), it may be returned regardless of whether it has been opened, in accordance with the warranty against hidden defects under Articles 559-578 of the Kuwait Civil Code
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Opened or used perfumes and cosmetics (unless defective)
- Products with broken seals (unless defective)
- Gift cards
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Under Articles 488-492 of the Kuwait Commerce Law and Articles 559-578 of the Kuwait Civil Code (Warranty Against Hidden Defects), if a product is found to have a defect that was not apparent at the time of purchase:
- You have the right to a full refund or replacement at your choice
- You have the right to compensation for any damages caused by the defective product under Article 11 of the Consumer Protection Law
- There is no time limit for hidden defect claims, provided the defect existed at the time of sale

Please provide your order number, photos of the product, and reason for return. Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
EXCHANGES
If you received a defective or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost, including free return shipping.
REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is received and approved:
- KNET / Credit / Debit Card: Refund within 5-10 business days to your original payment method
- Apple Pay: Refund within 5-10 business days to your linked account
SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- If the product is defective or we sent the wrong item, we will cover all return shipping costs
- For non-defective returns (change of mind), return shipping is at the customer's expense
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received your refund after the processing period:
- Check your bank account or card statement
- Contact your bank, as processing times vary

YOUR RIGHT TO COMPLAIN
If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you have the right under Kuwait law to file a complaint with:
- Ministry of Commerce and Industry – Consumer Protection Department
- Consumer Protection Hotline: 135
- You may also pursue your claim through the competent courts of Kuwait
